Attorney James Leo Anderson
Attorney James Leo Anderson is a highly regarded founding partner at Legality Choice Consult, where he expertly leads a dedicated team of family law attorneys across multiple offices, including those in New York and various international locations.
After earning his law degree from Franklin Pierce School of Law in 1995 and completing further studies at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 1998, Attorney Anderson honorably served for three years in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps. He was officially admitted to the Bar on March 20, 2016, specializing in family law and inheritance law. He is esteemed and qualified to practice in New York and internationally.
Attorney James Leo Anderson has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2015 to 2023, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the legal profession. Additionally, he has been featured in New York Magazine’s Top Lawyers list in 2015, 2017, and 2023.

Attorney Kevin Mars
Attorney Kevin Mars is a founding partner at Legality Choice Consult. He is the firm’s assistant managing attorney, supervising a growing team of associate attorneys and staff members. An attorney since 2015, Attorney Kevin Mars is an accomplished personal injury and estate planning lawyer.
Along with partner Attorney James Leo Anderson, Mr. Mars partnered Legality Choice Consult, when the firm opened its first office in New York. The firm has grown steadily since, and now encompasses a team of lawyers and paralegals across offices in New York and outside the United States.
Attorney Kevin Mars’s proactive litigation style, work ethic and extensive knowledge of Personal Injury and Estate planning lawyer combine to serve his clients extremely well. Lawyer Ariel Baniowski
Ariel Baniowski is a Junior Partner at Legality Choice Consult, practicing exclusively family law. She is experienced in handling every type of family law matter in the States and beyond, including separation, divorce, custody and support cases. Ms. Baniowski works in the firm’s New York office, and represents clients in New York and rest of the States.
Ms. Baniowski is known as one of the more aggressive attorneys at Legality Choice Consult, and has litigated every type of family law matter in Legality Choice Consult, including custody, support, separation and high asset divorce cases.
Ms. Baniowski’s work ethic and drive are unmatched. To say that she is a hard worker is an understatement. Ms. Baniowski worked as a family law paralegal at Legality Choice Consult for five years while she went through college and then law school. She also worked as a research assistant to a family law professor while completing her third year of law school and continuing to work at Legality Choice Consult.
